Refund policy

Exchange of products will be possible within 30 business days from the day of receipt of the order and provided that the product is not damaged, the product packaging has not been opened and the product has not been used in any way.

The Consumer Protection Law states that you have the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product and provided that the product has not been damaged, the product packaging has not been opened and the product has not been used in any way.

If you chose to cancel the transaction, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price of the product you purchased or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

The exchange/return can be made by prior arrangement only, by coming to our office (Egoz avenue, 7, 6019000 Yehud Monosson, Israel) or sending the product to our address. The shipping fee for exchanging/returning the item will be applied to the customer.
